A web Spider, which is also referred to as the search engine Crawler , is a program that automatically moves over online content and it produces a copy of its most visited sites. Search engines use them when indexing the pages that have been downloaded and enhance the process of searching for specific pages. A crawler is capable of indexing millions of pages daily though because search engines use different algorithms, the search results vary as well.
